Shipping policy
From the moment that we received your order we need 0-1 business days to process it, prepare it and ship it.
Depending your location and Country it usually takes 2-5 business days for your order to be delivered.
We like to inform you that in some occasions depending on your location some additional delivery fees or custom clearance fees may be applied.
We are using all major Courier companies to ensure that your package arrives to you safe and fast.
If your order is transported as pallet, when in stock assume a 2-7 days delivery.
We are not liable for the carriers delays or damages due to transportation.
Under the term free shipping, we provide a free shipping to a service point of your choice and if not one chosen by the customer, then the closest to your billing address.
For Items that are not in stock or Pre-Ordered can take up to 2 weeks in average from the moment we receive your order until is delivered to you, as well pre-payment is mandatory and cancelation cannot be accepted.
For Retailers our policy states all orders must be pre paid in full before we ship / export.
Hellenic's Private Weekend Delivery
Weekend Delivery means that we will deliver to your address on the first and closest weekend from the date that you placed an order.
By accepting this method of delivery you also consent and allow us to place your order in a so called ''safe and dry place'' at your address in case you are not there to receive it.
