Important information
When placing and order or pre-order with Hellenic Imports you agree to a binding commitment unless agreed otherwise in writing.
The term binding commitment means that the company or the individual person or employee or otherwise the costumer, representative of the costumer is responsible and liable for the payment of the order.
An adjustment, modification or cancelation of the order or of the payment agreement must be accepted in writing by Hellenic Imports.
Failing to pay in the agreed date will lead to legal procedures.
We reserve the right when ordering with us to issue legal charges to the company or the individual as stated above personally if the payment agreement has not been honored or fulfilled.
Hellenic Imports has active adverting protection, any unauthorized marketing proposals will be reported to the legal authorities.
